This will go over basics such as what shadow work is and isn't, how to best utilize shadow work, and the different tools that can be used within shadow work. We'll also go over different topics such as: attachment styles, grief work, parent wounds, ancestral work, and then some.

Human Design is similar to astrology, but much more specific from person to person. HD is like a personal road map to your life. Ever wondered why something worked out for friends and not you or vice versa? Maybe you're curious what foods work best for you (yes, HD can tell you that). This is a fun class with a lot of information to keep your mind buzzing.
